I went to subway today after school and while I was being attended I asked for Monterey cheese and the young female worker said she didn’t have the type of cheese I wanted so then I asked okay what type do you guys have? And she responded with “ the ones that are infront of your face.” She didn’t need to be rude about it and could’ve been nice but she wasn’t. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but that isn’t and shouldn’t be how you respond to your customers for asking a simple question, it was js overall ugly of her. Not to mention this isn’t the only thing that has occurred to me in the past year, other staff at subway have been mean if not meaner and very disrespectful. I have gotten my order switched and when the other person who had my sandwich said it wasn’t his sandwich he had but into my sandwich so had to redo my whole sandwich. Im just saying this because they seem like they don’t know what they are doing as a team and are rude for no reason at all.

Had a recent order received burnt bread with piece of meat. The joke of an offer 5 dollars. Uber eats caved and comped the 40 dollar order…my ten year old could of made better sandwiches

This is my absolute favorite subway! I was reading previous reviews and boy some people have nothing better to do than be miserable in their own lives and publicly complain about their ‘experience’ lol has nobody ever heard of a ‘no call no show’ ? Do yall really think the manager would schedule an employee alone at the busiest times? Have yall heard of inventory and ordering deliveries for the store and maybe the ‘employee’ on their phone was actually doing something for the store? People are wild, but this store is amazing! The employees bust their butts and are always friendly. Sometimes they get really busy and are focused on the orders in front of them, so all I have to say is just be patient and kind to others. You never know what people are going through.

Came to this establishment recently and was very disappointed. The girls working were on their phones when I walked in and it took five minutes to even be helped. They were so rude and made my food sloppily, not to mention the line of people not being helped. Do NOT come here if you value quality food, or like, basic customer service.

To hell with this place. Sorry manager has just 1 person running the entire store. He has 5 people in line and what looked like 3 online orders. Every single person ahead of me walked out and I did the same after standing there for 30 minutes!!! I'm so done with subway all together. I'll never return.

I told the two girls working i had an online order and they said it wasnt ready yet so we waited about 15 mins ,and saw they were just on their phones. Then they helped a customer that just got there so i asked when my food would be ready and she said it has been ready in a rude voice then the other girl gives me it. I just think they should have told me it was ready instead of letting my sandwich get cold and making me late.

We orderd 3 sandwiches and none of the 3 were what was ordered. We called and the man who answered was very rude and hateful on the phone. I have never been talked to by someone so bad. Do not go to this subway.

I go by there at least once a month to get a foot long veggie sandwich no cheese. My daughter -in-law is vegan so pretty simple. I told the sumwhat new employee just vinegar and oil but he put Italian dressing which isn't vegan. I called and went back for a new one and had no issues on the phone or at the location. Very satisfied and will continue to go there even though I live by May Pearl.

If there was a 0 that’s what we would rank our experience. We had the meanest employee. We waited while she finished an order that was probably ordered online which is fine but most employees say I’ll be with you in just a minute or at least look up and acknowledge your presence. Then our Granddaughter didn’t speak loud enough and she barked at her that she must speak up. Rude to everyone. No smile but actual frown. We will not be returning. We feel sorry for the owner but she/he should observe their employees. Very uncomfortable

To many times I have walked into this location and the staff just look at me waiting for me tell them what I want rather than saying "Welcome to Subway, what would you like to order today" or some sort of greeting. I just walk right back out the door everytime. Tonight I couldnt decide what I wanted to eat so i said let me give Subway a try. Employee comes from the back and just looks at me as he puts on his gloves. I wait a few seconds to see if he will ever greet me and he doesn't. I politely say that I wont be placing an ordernand walk out. Good customer service is really does not exist these days.

I ordered 6 subs from this place for an event. The manager called me and said they don't have any cold cuts. I asked him what that meant. He said they just needed to get them ready and it would be about 10 minutes. I said that was fine, I didn't need them for a few more hours. I got a text from doordash saying someone picked up my order and would be here at 3:36. I waited till about 4:10 and got another text saying my order was cancelled. I called the driver and he told me when he went to pick up the order it wasn't ready so he waited, but he needed to pass the order to another person since he had other orders. I called subway and spoke with the manager again telling him my conversation with door dash and he didn't know what to tell me. I asked if they had a pick up system, he said no. Then he literally said he couldn't help me because someone picked up the food already. When I called doordash corporate they said the order was never picked up because it was never ready. Called subway again and asked them if someone came. They said yes but when I said I was mad about the whole situation he refunded my money without more argument. This tells me that doordash was correct and my order never was made and the 1st call from subway shows they just never wanted to make the sandwiches in the 1st place. I called Jimmy Johns and they accomodated me and made the same sandwiches for $20 less. They will never get my business again.
