So, I placed an online order for pick up at this location inside a gas station. When I arrived around 10 minutes latter I was told they had a lot of customers and would get my order started next. I waited long enough to fuel up my truck, take one of my kids to the bathroom, purchase ice and water. I then Put my son back in the truck with my wife and loaded up the cooler with the ice and water, just purchased.Around 10 minutes latter I returned for my order just to be told they still had not started it because they had a line in the store. I was the only patron in this location so I was a little confused. My wife then went in and watched them make our food. A new employee who was under training was making my sandwiches. He grabbed some part of himself below the counter, he then adjusted his face mask. He had no intentions on replacing his gloves until my wife asked him to do so. We left 38 minutes after we placed the order. We gave them a chance to make it right by taking their survey and it was apparent by the response they had no concern. The glove issue was not even mentioned in the business response email. I will never return to this location. I recommend you drive 8 minutes In either direction to get some service with your order.
