NightShift manager was assuming we were trying to pull a fast one on an employee by telling them they forgot 2 crunchy tacos. Well they served a tray with 4 orders on it and no telling what was what. We assume everything was on it so we ate until I was short 2 tacos. Her assumption was offensive to me as I was in my lunch break
I just received some of the best customer service I’ve had at fast food restaurants and certainly the best at any Taco Bell I’ve been to. A1 and helpful employees. Very patient with an indecisive customer (me) - didn’t rush me. Didn’t show any annoyances. Pleasant to deal with. Much appreciated! Thanks guys :)
Depends on the day. I think maybe they changed management in the last year. Before it was on point all the time. Now I find it's whatever mood they are in that day. Some days it's great some days they don't care.
