Line is always long at night but the food is always exactly what we order. I have to have no mustard because of allergies and they always remember. Onion rings could be better! We sometimes get just batter.

Terrible drive thru waiting time. Terrible inside service for dine in and take out. 3& 4 people on break at the same time. Customers waiting and waiting

Don’t bother placing an online order at this location; they don’t pay attention. My order was incorrect, it took 45 minutes for them to make.
I didn’t want to waste anymore time trying to get them to do their job soI just kept my order. The facility is also not clean. Go to the other location off 287, cause this one sucks!

If I could give this location a (0). I would.
Went through the drive-through and I was the fourth car in line to get to the window. I set in my vehicle for 35 minutes before I was able to get up to the window.
When I did get up to the window, a black kid about 14 years old, open the window and asked me what I wanted!!
I explained that I had ordered a Whataburger with cheese and no lettuce and a large Dr Pepper with Extra ice she then told me my order was going to cost $9.83 which I handed her a $10 bill. She shut the window and here I said it again for another 5 to 8 minutes in my vehicle until she opened the window and asked me what did I order again! !
I told her exactly what I ordered once more and then I would like to have salt pepper, and my change and my drink!
She looked at me like I had six heads for asking for my change back!
She did then shut the window, and I waited another eight more minutes before they finally opened it up gave me my change, handed me my sack with my Whataburger in it and my drink I didn’t ask for the manager.
A white woman came to the window and asked me what did I want and I told her that I have been in line for over 35 minutes and what it happened and she looked at me like so what!!!
Whataburger is going downhill fast!

Dadgum. I try to be patient with Whatvurgers since they make food fresh but its frustrating to sit in line for over 20 minutes to receive very cold food and get home to find your kid missing their treat. This is the case here the majority of the time!

It was dirty when I came in today
The food came out incorrect
I didn’t see the employee that usually gets things out . I think her name is shey she usually greets me with a smile and gets the orders correct. Management needs to do better with managing things and treating employees. Things were getting better for the last couple of months but after today I will go to the other location in midlothian. I usually go here daily. They need to stop running off good employees

Received a food delivery at my home from this store, burger was cold and I received no ketchup or napkins. Fries were also cold only thing good was the drink.
