“Went in because my granddaughter was not having fun sitting in the car waiting on mobile. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The cashier entertained us with his many voices of mickey mouse and friends.The cook had just made crazy puffs, fresh and hot.“

“I love Mr Jim's pizza, I think it's the best delivery pizza in Mineral Wells. Their Pizza always tastes great, excellent ingredients, and a good variety of toppings and crusts. I also like that they cook it on the crispier side. Their new Detroit Pizza is really good! Can't go wrong with Mr.Jims!“

“Needed food to feed nurses for nurses week. Decided pizza was great. Placed order on Domino's website. Got a call immediately stating that only 1 employee was present and that the order would likely take 90 minutes. I was fine with the delay. What was unacceptable was the fact that I tipped the delivery driver $20 who then showed up with the food acting very upset that he had to deliver my order, and that I needed to order ahead of time for orders this large. We only ordered $200 worth of food. Needless to say, I will not be using Domino's again.If they didn't want to make the order, they could have just cancelled it.Updated. The store has reached out to me and have offered to make things right. I do appreciate the effort. Will update my rating.“

“Edited - we appreciate the management team contacting us. We did not feel like asking for them a second time on our visit, why we reviewed.
We love the food and creativity. The chef. The cooks. The waitstaff, always excellent. We even ask for waitstaff by name.
We have issues with reservations and getting greeted or seated.
It’s been inconsistent.
Todays issues also involved our canceled reservation for happy hour area (lounge) and being put in main dining when they found a table then being told we could not get the happy hour drinks we like or food. Resy still showed it as active. But an email was sent to us as we were walking up canceling it and the host stand had to find the manager. This was not a one time thing. Management is aware and I hope this final part is fixed to set the tone.“
