EL PRIMASO BIRRIA is an amazing Birria Taqueria. The Quesabirria is excellent, and the Birria Ramen is so flavorful and deliciously spicey. The Birria Ramen, Torta, Quesabirria & Tacos did not disappoint. The meat, the cheese, the crisp to the tortillas are ON POINT. The crunchy and soft tortillas have juicy and delicious birria. The consommé is SO good, and the spicy Chile salsa is spicy good, just a few drops will get the job done. The salsa roja is the cherry on top. The Piña Mango agua fresca is a must-try. The food is all 10/10, and the service is very polite. The staff is patient with ordering, even with a language barrier. The first time was hard to get ahold of someone to order ahead, but the second time the phone was answered and ordering ahead was smooth. This place knows what flavor is and has become one of the favorites. It is the best birria ever had by far and highly recommended for anyone trying birria for the first time.
