“The cookies are usually good, the workers friendly but the wait times are getting ridiculous. Today I waited almost an hour and several times I almost left but I had already paid for the cookies so I stayed. If the wait times are going to be so bad they should at least have a sitting area.

Parking: Both locations in my city have plenty of parking.“

“Excellent place, very clean, super attentive, a lot of variety in the flavors of the snows, my favorite was Ferrero Rocher (super recommended). Their reviews are 4.9, which is what led me to visit them, but honestly I give it a 10 out of 10!!

“Food tasted delicious and was fresh to order. The tacos were well served. The Cucumber lemon water was fresh and delicious. Strawberries were fresh in the Fresas con crema.

Kid-friendliness: Great options for kids and they have great kids desserts too.“

“They have horrible service, I don't know why people go to work with that that horrible additude. The worse part is them taking advantage of the kids that are keeping their business open. I've tried to reach out to a manager or someone in charge but I guess no one cares about this business!“

“I just started working at this location and it is amazing the mangers are funny, sweet, and patient. Something I didn’t get at my last job. They always understand when it came to personal things and they help a lot to work things out with you. They are very understanding when you can’t find things they will always help. They did not making me feel like I have to be on my toes or stress out at all. The carhops and the cooks they make it so funny to work with them and makes you look forward to work with them because they make it feel so comfortable to be around it amazing. When you can’t figure out what to do they take the to explain as well and they put up check list on what to do. When you get the hang of it everything else is gets easier. To get the job you have to at least try when you start not stand around. Thank you for the opportunity ❤️“

“Hubby & I live in the DFW area where Stars doesn't exist ?We have a family emergency here in the Valley and decided to stop here for lunch.It kind of reminds us of Sonic, but better ?I ❤ all the choices we get to choose from.The service was really great as well ?I'm not sure how long we will be in the Valley for, but we will take advantage of Stars as much as we can while we are here ?“

“Always love Stars... decided to get something small. Went with the kids meal of chicken strips and added an extra strip. Didn't get any dipping sauce in my order. Pressed the button and asked for two sauce and they wanted to charge me for an extra sauce. I mentioned that I paid 2 dollars for an extra strip (small one at that) they then brought me two ranch dipping sauce.“
