Even though my daughter messed up our online order 😂, the staff at BWW was so nice and helpful. They fixed the problem with no issue, and we still received our food hot, fresh, and crispy! I really appreciated the great customer service and how they made sure everything was right. Definitely a good experience! ❤👏🏾
Wow!! I had never been to Buffalo Wild Wings before my experience, but Amaya made my experience really memorable. She was so attentive and patient and when my family had an issue she fixed it and apologized immediately. This is the kind of service I look for in restaurants. I WILL BE RETURNING!!! The service I experienced at this place was amazing!!!
This place has good food, usually the wait time is very bad, but this time it was better. They gave us 8 cups of ranch without being needed to ask, love that. Food tastes good, bread is very crunchy. Ranch > ketchup
