“I've been wanting to come here for a while. So glad I finally decided to stop by. First, service is great. All the staff was very attentive and our food came out quickly and hot. We had the wings, spicy goat pizza, pork belly, fish and chips, and burger. Everything was delicious and the portions are very generous. The fish and chips are made with flounder and the batter was nice and crispy, not greasy at all. The wings were top notch. Very juicy and very well seasoned. These are sold be the pound and the pound is about 6 wings. The burger was very juicy and the fries were nice and crispy. The star of the show was the pizza. Goat cheese and the habanero glaze go together so well. The dough is top notch. Sourdough that is left to set for 72 hours. Dry and crunchy! The pork belly is very well done as well. Not too rich, nice and balanced. For dessert we had the bread pudding with ice cream. Very good as well. Lots of creative drinks as well. We were all left thoroughly impressed and can't wait to come back. Also, parking is available right across the street.Parking: Across the street“
“We stopped here to eat lunch after an appointment we had on their side of town. I was leary at first because I don't drink and initially thought from the name that it would be more along the lines of bar food. Pleasantly surprised at their extensive menu. The food was good. Interestingly enough, the menu and plates mimic that of Local Table - almost to a "t". I had the kabob plate and didn't see a difference in the presentation or flavor. I wonder if the owner of 401 owns Local Table.“
“As a regular at On The Kirb, I've always been impressed by their commitment to using quality ingredients that align with a variety of dietary preferences. Imagine my delight when they introduced the option to have foods fried in beef tallow! This new choice is not a switch but a thoughtful addition, catering to those of us who crave a richer, more nostalgic flavor in our fried foods.During my recent visit, I opted for the french fries fried in beef tallow and was instantly transported back to the flavors of my childhood. This option added an incredible depth to the taste that you just can't achieve with other oils. It's clear that On The Kirb values customer preferences and is dedicated to enhancing our dining experience without compromising on variety or health. The atmosphere at On The Kirb remains as inviting as ever, with staff who are just as committed to providing excellent service as they are to ensuring the food meets all expectations. Whether you're in for a casual meal, a game night, or a happy hour, the vibe here is always spot-on.With this new frying option, I'm more excited than ever to explore more of the menu. Next on my list? The wings fried in beef tallow. If you appreciate having choices that cater to your dietary needs without sacrificing flavor, then you'll love this new addition at On The Kirb.Kudos to the team for constantly innovating and for making our favorite dining spot even more appealing. If you haven't tried the beef tallow option yet, you're in for a real treat!Dietary restrictions: They offer to fry their foods in beef tallow instead of seed oils and they use 100% grass-fed beef“
“The schnitzel and spaetzle are DELICIOUS here. Consistently good. The owner was also very accommodating also about us bringing a pup we are babysitting out onto the patio on our most recent visit. We are new to the area and delighted to discover a great local business.Update 4 years later: still delicious. I can't speak highly enough about the quality of the food here. Tried the weisswurst this evening. Packed with flavor on a crisp fresh bun. The dill spätzle is still my favorite. It's an unassuming spot, this place, but give it a shot.“
“This is my second time dining at Birdies Resturant. My first visit was New Years Day for Brunch. I loved the omelet that was made for me at the speciality station. The food selections on the Brunch Buffett was just what my taste buds had in mind. On Saturday, Jan 27, I had the pleasure of Laura being my server. She was amazing. She was very personable. My friend and I were very grateful she was our waitress. Her short conversation with us was nothing more than delightful. She is an asset to your Resturant.“
“First time to downtown Sugarland (2-22-24). We were visiting our niece who likes this restaurant/bar. Beer selection was pretty good and tasty. Food was good and portions adequate. We went in the evening so the downtown was very pretty with all the strings of lights. Parking lots are free. In warmer weather the streets/bars/restaurants would be a lot of fun. Would recommend“
“Great food, great atmosphere and excellent service. Burgers were hot, juicy and huge! Got the Grub burger which is the best of breakfast and lunch combined. The Rodeo fries were excellent. Ate outside in great weather and Steve our server was amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Highly recommended!“
“Get ready for an amazing birthday experience! My son suggested this spot after he visited with a friend, and let me tell you, we were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the host who let us pick our own setting. The service was top-notch, and our waitress, Alexa, and a young gentleman, a name we didn't get, was incredible. She brought us our menus with an additional special and took our drinks order, and when I tell you their Arnold Palmer was the best I've ever had, you better believe it was fresh! They both stayed on top in making sure we received refills without even asking. What really stood out to me was the polite and courteous way the waitress took our order. She started off by asking me, "Ma'am, what would you like?" Then my daughter, "Young lady, what would you like?" Then my husband, "Sir, what would you like?" And last but not least, my son, "Young gentlemen, what would you like?" It was such a lovely touch that added to the overall experience. While we waited for our food, we had a blast playing cards and UNO with the games available on the table. And when our food arrived, it was a sight to behold! We ordered 6 honey-spicy Buffalo wings, a blackened boudin link, a double bacon cheeseburger, and a Texas brisket short rib wagyu beef burger, and let me tell you, it was all bussen! We had to take a doggy bag home, and we even got some of their special honey-spicy Buffalo sauce to go.The atmosphere is relaxed and has a fantastic family vibe. It's the perfect spot for a Friday night out with friends or family. You won't be disappointed with the A1 customer service and overall experience at this amazing spot!THANK YOU ALEXA AND YOUNG GENTLEMEN, WHO NAME WE DIDN'T GET FOR THE BEST CUSTER SERVICE ! ! !On the occasion of the Birthday, the celebrant asked for a churro with ice cream. However, my kids aren't fond of cake! Happy Birthday, SUN! We love you to the moon and back!“
