Visited 8/1/26. I was greeted and helped by Heber. He had great customer service, he was kind and knowledgeable! Everyone else who did make contact with while there was nice too. I’m new to the area and will be back to this specific location ! Keep up the good work !
I live 10 min away, so I often opt for a delicious & quick meal. However, my order is ALWAYS wrong when handed to me. It hasn’t been correct once and I’ve visited a several dozen times, so I expect it. Fortunately, the manager is a kind lady and always corrects and adds what is missing. Always check your order.
I am typically not impressed with the service at Popeyes, but this location has a phenomenal customer service. They communicate wait times when behind. They also are very kind and It’s safe to say that this is one of the better Popeyes.
