“An amazing hidden gem! Each time I have gone it was very relaxing and inviting. Ever type of tea that I have gotten from here has been very good, but the pu erh tea cake and 30 year age oolong were absolutely amazing. If you are looking for very high quality tea I could not recommend Ten Yen Tea enough!“

“6:35 PM I went to Tea Room & Gifts today for lunch and had their special, half a sandwich and tomato basil soup and it was delicious. Service was great and so was the Jazmine Tea I had. I highly recommend you try it.“

“It’s so peaceful here; I always feel better after I visit. I love coming to the tea house and seeing the temple and gardens. The food is delicious and I find it very filling. They have a tasty variety of drinks for both hot and cold weather. Everyone is very nice and friendly.“

“The vibe inside is great, and I love the murals on the walls. We did a boba crawl around this street after having dinner and we ended up choosing this place to try out. We didn't get the boba from here, and instead got an ice cream cone. I like that they have soft served and scoop options. I didn't use the bathroom so I don't know how clean it is, but the main area did look clean and well maintained for a Friday night.
My daughter got a sample of the ice cream and liked it. So we got the soft serve, but at almost $10 or with tip for a small soft serve ice cream, I cannot give them the full five stars, even if it is premium matcha. I will say, however, that it did taste like matcha and not a water down version.“

“We picked up three drinks and every single one of them was delicious! The sweetness level was spot on—balanced and not overly sweet at all. You can really taste the fresh quality of the tea and milk. We will definitely be coming back here much more often!“

“Mrs. Sabrina Mohsin did an excellent job making my latte! Loved every sip along with every bite of the delicious beef sliders that I ordered as well. “Tao Tao has been my go to boba spot for a while. The tea quality is honestly on par with the bigger brands in Bellaire Chinatown. I usually get the Jasmine or Rose milk tea and both are really good.
They use real brewed tea so the flavor is strong. Just a heads up that it has caffeine and might keep you up if you drink it late. The boba is perfectly sweetened with the right chewiness. Highly recommend!“
