“6:35 PM I went to Tea Room & Gifts today for lunch and had their special, half a sandwich and tomato basil soup and it was delicious. Service was great and so was the Jazmine Tea I had. I highly recommend you try it.“

“Tried the plain matcha latte and thought it was okay. The matcha tasted fine, but it didn’t have anything that made it stand out compared to other places. The drink was well made, just not particularly memorable. Customer service was great. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but I probably wouldn’t come back since there are other matcha spots I’d choose first.“

“It’s so peaceful here; I always feel better after I visit. I love coming to the tea house and seeing the temple and gardens. The food is delicious and I find it very filling. They have a tasty variety of drinks for both hot and cold weather. Everyone is very nice and friendly.“

“Mrs. Sabrina Mohsin did an excellent job making my latte! Loved every sip along with every bite of the delicious beef sliders that I ordered as well. Environment made me feel very comfortable and was able to finish all my schoolwork. Beautiful shop, and I will recommend all my friends and family to check it out. 101/100!!!!“

“Tao Tao has been my go to boba spot for a while. The tea quality is honestly on par with the bigger brands in Bellaire Chinatown. I usually get the Jasmine or Rose milk tea and both are really good.
They use real brewed tea so the flavor is strong. Just a heads up that it has caffeine and might keep you up if you drink it late. The boba is perfectly sweetened with the right chewiness. Highly recommend!“
