My cousin was visiting from Dubai and told him when in Texas , you have to indulge in a Whataburger. The Manager was taking our order and it was such a pleasant experience with humor when ordering. I told her that he was visiting from Dubai and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She made our order herself. The other staff members were so pleasant as well. I placed an order for curbside and they didn’t put any ketchup in the order but the person who brought my food waited for me to check my bags and when I asked for some ketchup they brought it right out. Thank you for the good service!

The staff here all of them go above and beyond. The place is very clean and organized. However I did notice that there is no tip cup!? I was born in New Jersey and up there it's a custom to tip when provided good service. I like to keep practicing traditions in tipping for good service, unfortunately there is no tip cup. I think the employees here work hard and are probably compensated well . That still doesn't mean that gratuity shouldn't be accepted or at least an option...read full review
