“Donny and Chef Whitney are super cool and very attentive. It was only two of them and they were busy but still kept a smile on their face. The food was beyond tasty and they even had really good music in the background! Definitely worth trying out if you haven’t already. I suggest the Carbonara!!“

“Let me preface this review by saying this: I haven't been to this place in YEARS. I've moved out of the state and was semi-randomly reminiscing on this place and how good it was! (I was ordering a pressed sub from another place like they do so well.) I recommend this place to everyone visiting Houston and they always underestimate it (of all places, a sandwich shop?) until they try it. You know it's good when you remember the food and the kind people running it years later.“

Coral the manager is so sweet and pleasant and she makes your salad as if she’s making her own! And she gives great suggestions. Abril is really sweet also and she has such a pretty smile. I’ve been to other salatas and they do not taste as good as this one and overall their technique isn’t as good as briarforest location. I could literally eat here everyday“

“My go to location is on West Gray, where the ladies can almost create my salad without me saying a word. This is a great place for vegetarians and vegans although they quite a number of protein options. Salata in general and this location in particular is one where you can't go wrong.“

“Wonderful customer service! The lady who owns this small mom and pop is so sweet and always goes the extra mile to make sure the food is perfect and delicious. The portions are huge, especially the sandwiches and salads. Place is clean and quiet. Highly recommend trying their wraps as well.“

“My family and I love ordering from here. The owner has such positive energy and extremely friendly. It’s no wonder why her staff is so pleasant when we visit. She leads by example.
