Placed an order at the LONG drive-through we arrive home and figure out two of our sides were not put in the bag. We call the restaurant since we do not live in Monahans. They tell us to come in the next day, so we go in the next day and the manager laughs at us. For coming in to claim the sides that they forgot to put in our order the night before. We should've just walked out, but we waited 30 minutes for the two sides, and felt like he owed us the items. There are too many choices in Monahans to have to put up with this kind of service.

the area manager is ok at his job but i was here complaining because i had called up there a few time they didn’t answer so went up there my self and it took 15-30 minutes to get me taken care of it was a 1/10 service food was ight it was a little cold owner please get this taken care of please

Excellent deep fried chicken! Better than Mom used to make. The buttermilk batter gives the fried chicken a unique, but satisfying flavor. Side orders are served piping hot and delicious.

I visited Bush's Chicken in Monahans TX. and was basically denied service. I stood at the counter for approximately 12 min with no one else in line and 1 car in the drive thru all 5 employees walked by me as if I wasn't there. I decided to take my money to another restraunt.
