Sometimes the food is old or stale, and you have to double-check your order almost every time because items are often missing or the order is incorrect. Customer service is also inconsistent while a few employees are friendly and attentive, most experiences are hit or miss.
One of the best chicken I've ever had! I used the drive thru and the guy was super nice and took very good care of us and our order!
Listen, I travel for work and have been to so many different small towns, and I can honestly tell you it's hard to find good quality food and great customer service in small towns. But this place really did they thing. The food was really fresh, hot and just on point. I had to call them and tell them. Sometimes they need to hear it and not just see the comments and the rating.
