Steak and Okra were good. As well as my wife's chicken fried steak.The mashed potatoes and sweet potato needed help.The mashed potatoes were chalky. No doubt they were made from powder, but some more butter or milk would help.The sweet potatoe was baked but not mashed or mixed with butter. It was very stiff and not edible.
I apologize in advance for not having pictures.My first time visiting Monahan and Bay-H Steakhouse. It’s our anniversary and there really isn’t much of a selection to choose from as far as restaurants without driving a couple hours into another town. Anyways. Our waitress here at Bar-H was wonderful, patient and kind while we looked over the menu. Boy do they have a menu! I ordered the 8oz sirloin and shrimp dinner. I have been to the restaurant twice now and both times the service was nice and the food was good. Nothing to put it over the top but really good.I will continue to eat here if I am back in town for more work.
