Their staff is really friendly and nice, but they charge too much to be getting orders as wrong as they do. Even mobile app orders where the whole order is plainly sent to them (no chance to mishear).
First time trying this place on Monday 11/15/21. Didn’t have a big order. Gave a nice tip. Tried to call after 40min. Driver went to deliver it without his phone so no gps. Gave the exact address to my hotel and room number. Couldn’t find the only new motel 6 on the corner not at all far from Pizza Hut. He didn’t try to call me nor did Pizza Hut. I probably have eaten here about 8 to 10 times in the last year-and-a-half. The first you were pretty good, and the people who work there are typical of Monahans people: very friendly. The place however is generally filthy. The last three visits the pizza has been extremely large crust and light toppings. Three pieces on a average of pepperoni and this much crust - really?
