This Starbucks Coffee Company location receives mixed reviews. The service is inconsistent; while some employees are super friendly and helpful, with one barista named Trice going above and beyond by waiting to pour a nitro order so it would have bubbles, other experiences are frustrating. One customer tried to place a mobile order online, but it kept saying “Sorry something went wrong on our side.” After going inside to order the Bacon and cheese egg bites, the order was placed behind several Mobil orders and required a 10-minute wait. The drinks are also inconsistent for some, with the same drink tasting different every single time. The temperature inside is a major issue, described as so freezing at 60 degrees that even wearing a light jacket does not keep customers warm, forcing one person to leave while trying to study. The music is also too loud, making it hard to hear names being called out for orders. However, positive experiences include a cortado expresso and an ice brown oatmeal expresso drink made perfectly by a barista, with a great suggestion to try macchiato syrup. The drive thru is given priority, which some customers prefer.
