The restaurant has regained some of its previous glory with the new manager, Caleb, who is very helpful and cares about the store. He greets customers, works on the grill, and ensures the food is served quickly. The newer grill guy, Bernando, makes the best carnitas in the store. Customers appreciate the clean restaurant and bathrooms, as well as the friendly and helpful staff, who made a first-time customer feel welcome. The food quality is consistently good, and the vegetarian options are both delicious and filling. The cooks are doing an excellent job, and the people serving you provide very good service. This Chipotle is by far the best in NW Houston. It’s always been delicious.
