What a complete waste of a lake front property! They don't even do outdoor seating, yet they're right in front of the lake! They may as well have put the building up somewhere else, so another restaurant that wants to actually use the lake view can do outdoor seating. This is extremely ignorant and tells me a lot about IHOP corporate. They're very inconsiderate.

Well besides smelling like bad musky body odor throughout the facility, considering how incredibly dead the place was, it should have been up-to-par clean instead of servers standing around chatting.

When we showed up there was only one other car in the parking lot. It was my mother fiance daughter (who's only one mind you) and myself. We got seated very quickly by a very nice lady who took our drink order brought them to us AND took our order BEFORE our actual waiter showed up to ask us what we wanted to drink. Our food wasn't even good it was all over cooked and tasteless. Our personal service was sooooo terrible. Now I know why there is hardly ever any cars there. First and LAST time we will ever be going back to this location.

The waiters were extremely nice, food came out relatively fast, comfortable place to eat breakfast by the lake, all around a good time to enjoy by yourself or with friends and family!

It was just my husband and I. We were seated in an area with about 20 kids being loud. No joke they were in a cargo van type vehicle. They service was slow. Not going back.

The service was very poor the food was good but it took over half of my omelette to finally get the hot syrup for my French toast.
Horrible service from management when I went with my wife and daughter it took 15 mins just to get menus and there were only two other tables in the IHOP on 105 I'm Montgomery. The manager rudely said they only had one cook In The kitchen and there was a lady ahead of us she said she waited about 20 minutes before we got there and the manager told her that she had no idea if her order was going to come out soon or not with an attitude by far the worst ihop I have ever seen or been at I would never go there again

Dis mofo is DIRTY! Just keep driving to 45 and eat around there. Dirty floor, dirty tables, dirty staff (food stains on shirts and aprons). The place just looks like the Taj Mahal in Atlantic City inside, better days have come and effing gone.

Shame on me, just saw the ratings for this place just now , wish I had looked before eating here. We got here at 3pm with maybe two other customers around. Took forever for them to take our order. Finally the order was placed and 45 minutes passed by slowly as my daughters knawed on their straws and crayons in hunger. Finally the food came out and red hair dyed lady walked away quickly. We still needed another plate, napkins, silverware and hollandaise sauce on my moms omelet that obviously stated it came with said sauce. Food was underwhelming, service was blah. Sat through linner (lunch dinner) listening to our server a booth away discuss with other customers how she and her family drink every holiday from sunup to sun down especially the coming up New Years, oh and she turns 21 in March. Not great, won't go back. Not totally surprised.

Absolutely terrible. Server left and went to store then left again to smoke a cigarette. Our food was burnt and had hair cooked into it. They asked me to wait for a other 15 minutes after we were ready to leave because there was no manager in the store, they would be there soon. Never going there again. 0 stars.

Service is always terrible and slow. I tried ordering for delivery and the food was NEVER EVEN PICKED UP to bring to our house an hour after the order was placed. The managers are rude and condescending.
