So, a while ago, my husband and I would pass by this plaza. We saw that there was a new place towards the back, but from the road, we thought it said Tha Potato Bar. We got so excited because we really wanted a baked potato like the ones we would get from El Zarape in the RGV. When we finally got around to visiting, Tha Potato Bar was actually La Paleta Bar. I went tonight and the experience was amazing!! Lovely people overall and all of the employees were SUPER sweet! We will definitely be coming back. Large portions. Great barbacoa. Very tasty meal.

I ordered a ‘create your own potato’ and the potato churros and it was amazing! I ordered from Uber eats and I was not expecting such a MASSIVE potato! The ingredients/toppings tasted fresh and they had a wide variety. The potato churros were also really good! The order was also made quickly. I placed my order and checked back 5 min later and someone was already headed there to pick it up. Definitely have to make my way down in person!
