We literally waited about 20 minutes for someone to come from the back to take our order. The lobby wasn't busy at all the workers , where in the back working on cookie orders, they were behind on getting done.

How disappointing for an ice cream shop with an ideal location at the lake. They have beautiful waffle cones and waffle bowls & a nice array of toppings and add ons. Unfortunately, Marble Slab sells very, very mediocre ice cream. It occurs to me that the all you want add ons end up disguising the quality of the ice cream and is the gimmick and draw. We each ordered a small dish of ice cream with hot fudge added as the topping. My vanilla was tasteless, and the spoonful of hot fudge was gummy. It is hard to mess up vanilla ice cream unless it isn't quality to begin with. My friend had butter pecan and felt the same way about the ice cream and hot fudge.We won't be going back although it is convenient.

Walked in and no one helped us. Sad state of customer service. Literally no one came out to greet us. We stood there in the store for 5 min. Walked out and went to the shop in town.

Two small sundaes and one cone $16 outrageous. Was not a great visit or delicious ice cream! Another place off the list
My kids small ice creams were barely half full and my milk shake had so little ice cream in it that it was thick milk. There was no detectable ice cream in it. For nearly $30 I got maybe $3 worth of ice cream

0 stars … I had saw a roach crawl out of the gummie bears that go as toppings. Told one of the workers before I left and he gave me a smirk as if it was funny to him. DONT GO HERE !!!

We came here for the first time and Addy to great care of us. Her recommendations were on point. My wife wanted a pretzel but they were out so she went out of her way to accommodate my wife and made her one fresh even though they were closing soon.Kudos to Addy and her managers. You are what makes these experiences worth repeating.
