There were glitches with the app, so we went to the location to order. Tara was polite and informed. The pizzas were ready when they promised. They were average. Decent food, not amazing. Th order was incorrect. She gave us a 3$ discount because we couldn't use the app discount , but then our account was charged twice. They don't deliver where we live, so probably won't go often.
The customer service is top-notch. My family ordered contact-less delivery, and the driver still went out of their way to make sure we knew the pizza was outside. To top it off, the pizza is always hot and delicious even with a longer wait time sometimes ( which I believe is due to construction on 105) keep it up! Great pizza!

They burned my pizza after delivering it almost an hour late. When I called, the girl who answered hung up on me7 times. I called the Conroe store. The manager at the Conroe store called this store and no one answered. I called corporate and left a voicemail. I emailed the DM. No response. Do not order from here!!!
