If I could give a 0 star review I would. The customer service is horrible. There’s like 2 nice people working there, but the rest truly ruin it for them. The young man at the drive thru is very rude and so is one of the girls working the second window. Yesterday they made me wait over 15 minutes for fries, when I went up to ask what happened the lady laughed and said “Oh I forgot about you” and didn’t even apologize. She noticed I was upset and asked if I wanted them to give me fresh fries, meaning she was just gonna give me the old fries that were originally meant for me. Plus by the time I actually ate, the rest of my food was cold and nasty. It’s not the first bad experience I have here but it’s definitely the worst.

Play area for kids is why we went to this location. My two year old grandson loved it. Fun area is safe and clean.

Good place to eat and enjoy ur time dare and remember keep a positive attitude and focus on the importance of privacy that we all deserve you don't have nothing good is better not said at all..
We were very dirty from working and the old white women looked at us like we were homeless. The food came out fast and the food was hot and excellent. We sat out by lake Conroe and ate lunch which was such a delight being we love the water. Actually thinking about moving out here.

They didn't get our order right and kept rejecting to give us the correct things we ordered until they finally found the ticket , the whole time a black lady I think her name was Felicia , was screaming every second at the employees we could literally hear her through the windows , highly inappropriate to be acting like that . She gotta go.

Over the past 3 to 4 months this place has declined in customer service! The only time its good to go is when the one manager the runs the drive through is there shes kind and quick and doesnt make you feel criminal for coming to make an order, otherwise its impatient children running that place. On multiple occasions going inside the store ive been watched by staff and ignored as i waited to ask for condiments. And as ive seen in other reviews i have also experienced the distasteful music at the window. Along with the "what do you want." Overall this place is very poorly ran as of recent and its very disappointing. Especially knowing as soon as you hear whos on the otherside of the drive through speaker you know if you're going to have a good meal or not!
