We are kicking ourselves for never trying Phil's before today! Everything was awesome! We had Chicken fried steaks, REAL mashed potatoes, fried okra, a Nacho Daddy burger, onion rings and fried mushrooms. Those chicken fried steaks were huge and we brought home leftovers. The beer is cold! What more can you ask for?!? Ask for Kenedy! She is an awesome server and very helpful!
We were a party of 6, everyone got their food but my son. His food came out 7 mins later. It was a kids corn dog with fruit. He took 2 bites, second bite was the meat. He said mom, it's cold! I felt it, it was ice cold. Told the waitress, took 12 mins for new food, this time we were all almost done with our food. Waitress took item off ticket. I called manager just to make sure she was aware. All she said was ok, tried to give me an excuse. Didn't apologize or offer anything...read full review
