They make them fresh to order so I recommend ordering on your way there to speed up the waiting . My kids are obsessed with these pretzel bites and their convenient location makes it always an easy stop.

Waited for over 20 minutes and no one helped me and they helped customers that came in way after me. I will not be going back here. Staff is extremely disrespectful and selective of who they decide to provide service too.

Delicious pretzels. For about $11.00, I got 5 mozzarella and 5 pizza pretzels. They were fresh and hand-made right before serving.

Wish we would of found this place sooner while on vacationing in the area. We went two nights and the girls waiting on us remembered us which always is a nice feeling. We tried 4 different soft pretzels and all of them were yummy!

We were super excited to grab pretzels, drinks, and cookies before our walk around the marina…. We stood in the lobby at the pretzel counter for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged or seeing a staff member. There were only a couple of pretzels in the case anyway, so by the time someone would come to us we would definitely have to wait even longer for our order to be made. Extremely disappointing experience for a pregnant woman craving pretzels.

I came in the morning the other day to get some pretzel bites, and I saw these two workers making the twisted pretzels with a little kid in the kitchen. I’m not sure if it is sanitary because the kid didn’t wash his hands and went straight to rolling pretzels. I left soon afterwards…

5 stars please let me share my experience. A bunch of kids with no hair nets working at this location. No hand washing completed even after cleaning or coming from outside. I requested a fresh pretzel I guess the cashier thought I meant cooked fresh no I wanted the cook to roll out my dough fresh so I can see not take one out the fridge and cook it. Overall it's super tight at this location and the staff needs some adjusting real life.

Great pretzels fast. Lots of different flavors to choose from as well as stuffed pretzels. Overall just a good place for a good price.

Wow! Amazing Fresh Pretzels! My favorite was the mini dogs but I also enjoyed the RANCH seasoning on my bites!
