I'm tired of ordering sour cream on my food, or making any changes at all, and never getting those additions. like do your job, I've done it and it ain't that hard when its one person in a drive thru. drive through worker nice though who took my order, but the emphasis on SOUR cream should've helped whoever is making the food.. it is quite literally every time at this point.

Will never come here again the girl that is working today is rude and doesn’t know anything about customer service I came in for my food and was ignored until she put tape on a bag for pickup and I’m pretty sure it was my bag so she comes up to the counter and I show her I’m picking up she went to my bag and just threw it on the counter and pointed at it so wth happen to handing me my food I’m not a dog I don’t fetch for anything rude as hell.

A typical Taco Bell. But it's well kept and clean. Arrived about noon on a Sunday and it was quiet. Food came out fresh and in a timely manner.

This was supposed to be a chicken cantina taco. Also forgot a taco and my Cinnabon balls.
Did Uber. However, Uber arrived at my house within 3 minutes. Food was COLD (like the meat was NEvER warm. The crunchy taco shells were stale; not just in Texture but also in flavor. They did not include any sauce. I couldn’t eat them. YUCK!!
