This trip to Taco Bell was above average! This location served hot and fresh crispy tacos and my wife and I truly enjoyed it! The cashier was friendly and welcoming, too!! Thanks guys!

This location is just terrible for food quality and customer service. On 2/14/2021 at 1230pm this location was horrible the manager on duty refused to give her name she was very rude and non customer service trained. She could not handle a complaint nor speak peacefully to me. Called customer service and spoke to Franky and customer service stated there was nothing they could not to correct the issue. Spent 47.00 dollars for the wrong order and the food quality was nasty and Taco Bell store or customer service didn’t do a damn thing!!! So I have been robbed!! The inside store is closed Because when it should be open according to corporate so there’s nothing you can you get your food pushed through a window to you and then manager stated to bad. Also no Recept and asked serval times and was told sorry no way to give you one!! Beware of this store!!!!
OK I come back seven months later walk-in Staint at the counter. People are looking at me from behind the counter. Nobody steps up to take my order too busy playing around. I do not know how this store stays open February crap seven months later same crap that means Taco Bell does not care about these reviews because I have reported it and no one‘s done anything to make it better, what a joke The Taco Bell in Montgomery, the newest one I should continue to go there where I have been over the last seven months they give great service, but I was hungry. Stopped in the Taco Bell on my way home and I should’ve known better maybe will take control of the store and do something about it, or maybe it will close from all the nasty it gets

Ordered 2 doritos locos tacos 3 steak chalupas and 2 drinks. Was given 3 chalupas, 1 regular taco and the drinks. Brought it up and was told that's what I ordered. The girl at the window wasn't able to project her voice from the drive through window to my drivers seat. The black kids inside couldn't be bothered to make my order right and were just joking around in the back. Should go get my money back but dealing with teenagers that cannot perform basic fast food operations isn't worth the effort.

Always a good experience here! Rarely is my order wrong and it's always hot and fresh!
Kid-friendliness: My two year old made friends with customers next to us and was a little noisey but everyone was friendly and kind good food choices for youngsters too the potato side is his favorite!
Wheelchair accessibility: Perfect access and a big door plus seating is available!
The food was hot and fresh. Our family is obsessed with the Cinnabon bites! Yum! The new Chicken Cantina tacos are very good and you can't go wrong with the $1.00 bean, cheese and rice burritos. Not many things you can buy for a dollar anymore but those are pretty filling if you're on a budget.

Wow nothing is more annoying than being asked to donate to something at a corporation such as McDonald’s or Taco Bell. Then being badgered by the employees about it after you politely decline is annoying rude and unprofessional but I was nice enough to joke around with the lady at the window. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. It’s already irritating that you’re trying to “roundup” my overpriced order of horse meat from only .20 cents over the dollar to the next dollar but then to be annoyed about it by the employee after the fact is just the icing on the cake.
