Order made incorrectly, tried calling and was unable to get call to go through to the number listed. Went through contact us and sent an email just trying to resolve the issue and the representative Josh Goldmeier has completely stopped responding to my emails. All I wanted was my order remade correctly or a refund. I do not feel that my request is an unreasonable.

Took my order for a sandwich in the app. When I showed up 20 minutes later to pick my order up the store was completely closed. I attempted to cancel my order on the app and the app told me I could only cancel over the phone. No one answered the phone. When I woke up the next morning the order had processed and the charge had gone through and said the sandwich was delivered. For days no one answered the phone. I contacted Which Which on Twitter and they promised to get back to me but stopped responding. I also contacted by email and they stopped responding, too.

This location is days away from shutting down. Looks gross upon arrival. As we walked in the teenage workers were sitting down eating. They took their time getting up and getting to placing our order. They had no drinks available and no fries available. It took them 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. The workers did not care to hurry it up, they were restocking banana peppers when it wasn't even on our sandwich. (We were the only ones there so it wasn't for anybody else) He needed to grab tomato's from the fridge so with his glove that he was making our sandwich with, opened the fridge handle grabbed a tomato and came back and used the same glove to make our sandwich. I've worked in food business so I know that this is a big no no, so many people touch that handle it's not sanitary. Very disappointed in this location!

Came here a few weeks ago. 20 minutes before they closed. Two kids ran up and locked the door. Lol. Turned off lights and literally ran and hid behind counter. Reviews don't lie. I emailed headquarters and never got any response. I am now done supporting this company.. I will take my business elsewhere

Never in my life have I been to a place serving food that allows their employees to not wear hair nets or hats when prepping food. The 3 guys did not have on hair nets or beard nets. The brown hair guy would go look at himself in the paper towel dispenser and run his hand through his hair which IS in the food prep area. The one with the beard had on a hat but no beard net. The one with the mullet had no hair net. The tea was sour so I told the brown hair guy this and he did nothing but say something under his breath. The food is mediocre for the price. Just go to subway or firehouse subs so you get what you pay for.

They lied to me telling me that my 2 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches were ready....I took them all the way home just to find out that IT WAS CHOPPED HAM ON THE INSIDE and made like a Philly cheesesteak to try to trick me!! I showed my husband and we both couldn't believe it, we went back up to the store and when my husband confronted the guy about it, the man said HE KNEW it wasn't cheesesteak and that they didn't have any steak!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!! It was an online order so they could have called and just told me they ran out instead of TRYING TO PASS OFF HAM SANDWICHES AS CHEESESTEAKS!!!! If I could give negative stars, I SO WOULD!!! We won't be back EVER again!!!!!!!! I don't appreciate being LIED TO!!!

This Is a pretty solid place , I love the burgers , I also like the way they spread the ketchup on the burger patty it was infused with the authentic ketchup flavor. I ate that and it got me through hard times. When my grandma developed cancer the only thing she ate was Which Wich Burgers it helped her have a easier passing. Which Wich!!! I thought they all closed down. Out west they all did, WHICH I don't understand why!!! Seriously the best Sammy you can get quickly! Never been a fan of Subway, Quiznos, Port of Subs. Which Wich is a toasted sandwich filled with meats, cheese, and any other sauce and toppings of your choosing. Every one of them I've visited from the East to West Coast have always been consistently good and tasty. The Which Wich location at Lake Conroe was being held down by one employee!!! He did a great job. Nice to see this sandwich shop is still up and running in Texas.
For some unknown reason, every single Which wich we go to does not have good ratings on Yelp. Luckily this has never reflected our experiences. This is actually our favorite sandwich shop. Ever. But unfortunately the ones closest to us (not nearly close enough though) that we often visit the cities of, have closed down (ie Las Vegas and Sacramento). Alas we have found one again! This one on the border of Montgomery and Conroe, Texas. This happened to be right next to our airBNB at the marina, which is a beautiful area. Not surprisingly, doesn't have good reviews. I was nervous but we couldn't pass up the opportunity to possibly have our favorite sandwiches again. We walked in to an almost empty shop eeeeeek, well this is normal in our past experiences too. The lone front of the shop employee greeted us and asked if we knew how their menu worked which we did, you fill out what you want on the bags and then they make your sandwich. Well this has actually changed, and I then needed help from the employee because there was a build your own sandwich option and then already preplanned sandwiches. The BYO didn't have the meat I wanted that was on the preplanned grinder (salami, pepperoni, and capicola. But the preplanned also had things I didn't want including provolone cheese. So I basically put grinder meat and then my add one. (Cheddar cheese, black olives, tomato, and avocado) he took our orders it was only 16.45$ for two sandwiches which I felt was very reasonable especially because THESE ARE THE BEST SANDWICHES EVER. I really don't care what anyone else says. I didn't notice anything being dirty, and there was only one guy working so if it was a little bit slow that didn't bother me since nobody wants to work these days still. Be kind to those that do! The other shops carried mozzarella cheese which I would always add but the cheddar was honestly just as good. The toasted bread can do no wrong. I will always support every which wich we are ever lucky enough to encounter on our vacations.

Honestly one of the most disgraceful places ever as I walked in the floors of the sandwich station were awfully the oven is broken no white bread it is disgusting but do no come here it’s disappointing

The sign on the door says it all. Clearly whoever is inside the building is only capable of one sandwich at a time. I guess we will go to Tony's, much better anyway. This is when you need a decent manager and or district manager. This is not acceptable. Obviously not following up on their business. If you can make a sandwich for an online order, you can make a sandwich for a walk in order.

Same as other reviews...dirty wet floor, dirty tables, dirty kitchen, staff unfriendly, no straws, dirty soda station with only tea as a choice for a drink...wondering how old it is and if it's ever been cleaned. Also no fries, no markers or pens to fill out order. I should have did a 180 and walked right back out. This used to be an OK place last visit. This morning I'm having stomach cramping issues, this was the only "food" (mostly bread with very little meat) I had yesterday. Good job to the owner...the thousands you spent to open this place should be considered an educational investment in how to waste money and wreck a potentially good business model with lousy service. Being an ineffective or absentee owner/manager has destroyed many businesses. Why is doing a good job, providing a good service, with a neighbourly and friendly attitude, such a hard, hard, hard concept for so many? Will not be back.
