“Lua Kitchen is a fantastic Vietnamese spot in Garland that delivers on both flavor and presentation. The food is fresh, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. We tried several dishes, including vermicelli bowls, rice plates with grilled meats, and a fried rice topped with a perfectly runny egg—everything was flavorful without being heavy. The bun dishes were especially good, with crisp veggies, tender meat, and a great balance of herbs, fish sauce, and crunch.
The menu has a wide variety of traditional options, portions are generous, and prices are reasonable for the quality. The restaurant itself is clean, modern, and comfortable, making it great for casual dining or a relaxed meal with friends. Service was friendly and attentive.
If you’re looking for authentic, consistently good Vietnamese food in the area, Lua Kitchen is definitely worth a visit.“

“Wow Lake Highlands finally has the best Asian food I’ve had in years. I’ve been twice now with my family. We now have had almost every entree and most appetizers.
It is a family-owned business led by Jarren Wang, the son of the founder of the well-known Howard Wang’s Chinese restaurants
This place is 100000% better than Howard Wangs. They have Korean bulgogi that was beyond delicious. We all can’t wait to come back.“

“We (wife and I) were at Marble Dental two doors down yesetrday and decided to check out Rice Garden for the first time. Staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. My wife and I had the combo with meat and chicken (opted out of the shrimp) and with jalapenos in the brown rice. Very delicious.
The meal was more than ample for us to split. We also got two small bowls of the hot and sour soup ($2.99 each) and I must say it was the best hot and sour soup I have ever tasted/eaten. Very hearty and tasty. I'm thinking about it right now. Would be nice to have a bucket of it in the refrigerator at home to get through the cold winter days and nights. :-) Definitely will be back to Rice Garden.“

“Hidden inside the actual grocery store next to the frozen section you'll find a truly authentic Hong Kong experience. The noodles are FRESH, the egg tarts are layered and the milk tea will bring you back to a HKG cafe. I'm still waiting on the dim sum but already know it's going to be amazing.“

“Rice Garden in Wylie is our go-to restaurant! Food is cooked right when you order, it's correct and delicious! We have tried many different dishes, but keep going back to Singapore noodles as a favorite. It is also so good to deal with Sunny (gets your order exact and very personable).“
“This place doesn't get enough credit. Finding decent Asian food in Texas seems to be incredibly difficult. I've lived here for one month and I've been back three times. Pepper steak was good, egg drop soup is amazing, and their Asian chicken egg roll is my new favorite. Keep up the good work!“

“The decor is modem, the food was fresh and high quality. They only had hot pot but it was excellent! Reason for 4 starts is it would be nice if they had a few more Korean side dishes and our final order of prime beef was taking forever. Richard, one of the managers walked by and asked if we needed anything and he took care of it. Looking forward to the BBQ. If the quality of the seafood and meat continues to be the same we will be eating here all the time!!“

“I have eaten at the McKinney location several times and it is always awesome. Since I live closer to the Frisco location, I stopped today for take out. The food was not as good as the McKinney location. I always get the Teriyaki Chicken and today the sauce was not thick - like a glaze - as it is at the McKinney location. It was so thin it was like pouring water over the chicken. I was very disappointed! I hope the Frisco can do better with the sauce.“

“We found this spot driving by and we’re so glad we decided to stop. Chukri and haroon are just the kindest . The food was so delicious and halal. We got the goat korma was soo good with the garlic naan and rice. They also offered us to taste their chicken biryani which was piping hot and delicious . Me and my best friend will be telling all our friends to come here . YUMMY THANK YOU“

“I love this place! I ordered Moo Goo Gai Pan chicken with zucchini, mushrooms, cabbage and onion with steamed rice on the side. The food was piping hot and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. Not too much. Just right. So happy with the food here. Well worth you time. Definitely not your average Asian fare.“
