“WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Our entire order of 5 turned out amazing. I’m not kidding you. Our party had a couple of picky eaters and even they loved and enjoyed what they ordered. Ok so we ordered the the bruschetta sampler, three bruschetta styles one style was topped with the butteriest filet. I ordered the chicken limone, it was the juiciest chicken filet on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes topped with the perfect lemon caper cream sauce. Definitely will be back very soon!“

“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. “My family and I have frequented this restaurant for over 15 years. We usually eat at the NorthPark location, but decided to take a chance on the Allen location for my Mom’s birthday this year. We had a large party, for which we reserved a week in advance. The food was great our server was attentive, and did a remarkable job!
The only problem with the night was when John the manager came to our table and began to take plates out of the way, at first we thought “great out of the way” then he came back again and in a rude way said “you folks need to wrap it up because we have other parties to sit”. I understand that there are more parties, but the way you approach people matters, and at the end of the night I am a paying customer, trying to enjoy a special night. Don’t rush me out.
We had arrived at 5:30pm and waited for the whole party to show. Food was served by 6:30 and by 7ish he was telling us to “wrap it up”.
My family was very disappointed with the treatment he gave us. I expressed some frustration when exiting and fortunately Kenny a manager approached me and asked what was wrong. I explained the situation to him and he made an attempt at getting John to explain himself and apologize for how he came off, but no. Kenny apologized for John since he wasn’t a big enough person to do it himself.
Anyways, this place did a great job with promoting Kenny because people like John will ruin 15 years of great experiences in a heartbeat.
Thank you Kenny for being attentive and caring. Hoping to continue to make more great memories alongside my family at this place in the future, and hoping Kenny is there or moves on up the ladder! Can’t say much for John though.“

We came there after 10pm. I was surprised that they still served food.
We took shrimp salad, tacos, margaritas and mangorita (non alcohol one).
We had a nice time there. After DJ left, we even could speak.
Foods were nice, we liked it. They make a compliment with nachos and salsa.
And all kids got sweets.“

“I have been here a few times for lunch food was always great and service was quick and friendly. I went last night to see a band. Man all I can say is wow. The outdoor band area is a great music venue. The band was awesome, the crowd had great energy. Was worried the service would be slow out there but they had plenty of help out there and everything was great. Outdoor area is open air but covered. Young man who took our order was friendly. It was so hot in the restaurant I was worried for the staff. We took our order and ate in the car.“
