Both the food and service were above the norm for a Burger Experience. I at the Esccabeche Burger and my dining companion had the Avacado Burger. Both were of very good quality with regard to both content and flavor. With a HALF/HALF side of fries and onion crisps, we left happy and very well fed. I see they also serve craft beers. Ill have to try those next visit.Also, their management supports local comedy. You should support them back if value people who uplift other.
Expensive, but tasty fries and burgers. Flavor and texture of the fries kind of similar to the ones at In-N-Out, with a nice crispy, faintly chewy exterior and perfectly soft and moist interior. Beef patty was also huge.Worth it.

I loved the way they packaged my meal. Most establishments would just leave the topping in the burger and I would be sad knowing it might get soggy. NOT THIS SPOT. They had set my toppings outside so I could add it when I was ready to eat. Fries were pretty good ??. The lady who helped me was kind and enthusiastic to work there! Would definitely come back.
