Very sad to say the service was so disappointing. I have eaten Kolache Factory countless times, and it has always been SO yummy! However, I went in today to purchase for my 1st and last time. Once I ordered I was told it would be 10 minutes before more of my choice was ready. No problem totally worth the wait. Went to get my coffee while I waited, and the coffee was empty too.
