I enjoy the mashed potatoes, gravy, and rolls. However, the drinks always taste off (coke, powerade, tea). And there is ALWAYS missing food. I have ordered drive through, at the counter, and DoorDash. And every single time there are entire entrees and sides and drinks that are always missing. It is so frustrating trying to plan a meal and have to stop and check my food for 10 minutes to figure out each and everything they always miss.

Love the food, love the service, but will somebody please let Chicken Express on University Street know that just because they're located near TCU doesn't mean all of our children are grown up and away at college. This place does not have any high chairs for a baby; hence, not family friendly.

Food and service were great as usual. But 2 small unattended children ruined a nice late lunch with my other half. I assume it was an employee's children as we were the only diners. I'll be taking mine to go next time.

Friendly, fast, and accurate service! Love these folks, always smiling and happy to serve! Went by the drive thru and their parking lot was full, so you know they were super busy, but regard of how busy they must’ve been inside, I ordered, paid and got my food all in under 3 minutes. Love this location! Keep up the fantastic work ladies!
