The drive thru is very long, I was exited to see lots of signs but then I noticed they don't even have their full menu items up! Thankfully I looked online before I went because what I wanted I didn't see at all. They have a few main items on the screen and then what they are currently promoting. I, like others, have to comment on the slow service. The employees always seem to be having a great time chatting and laughing, but orders take a very long time to be made. We walked up to the window today and our order still took 15-20 minutes. There weren’t other people in line ahead of us.Coffee always tastes great, but I can’t get behind how slow they are. Thanksgiving holiday was spent in the city and surrounding areas. Being a city girl something about East Texas that doesn't match the morning coffee vibes of the my regular popular go-to. Thanx to Waze and Google Maps Dutch Bros Coffee was a pleasant perk for brew. The country cuties that took my order was friendly and welcoming. My peppermint mocha was made to percolator perfection. On my next visit to East Texas I hope to see more. #HappyHolidays2023
