Went here to get ice cream cones, they're not advertised on the drive thru menu, and so we settled for a strawberry banana smoothie. Pulled to window oh there out of strawberry banana but the have mango so we left...this was on a Friday night!!!

*Edited-- Pictures included... Hashbrowns were very awful, soggy, stuck together, not hot or fresh. I always ask when order seems a bag short "Everything is in there right like the hashbrowns & mini everything bagel bites?". The gentleman in drive-thru says "Yes". Of course, no it wasn't included, so I pull back around drive-thru. Staff is incredibly apologetic & bring food upon being parked after a few min. Np right, expecting the food to be fresh & delish?... worst hashbrowns ever. The avocado toast had a ton of seasoning which was all on one corner. The iced Matcha tasted like straight milk. Maybe, today was an off day. Giving everyone (& hopefully their manager) a heads-up if they care to read reviews. Staff is still incredibly friendly, clean & some off the food & other beverage was decent.Old Review- Good food. Good coffee. Good doughnuts. Great staff. Clean. Friendly.
Don't go here. The guy working at 430 on Feb 24th took my 20 and gave me change for a 10 will be calling corporate

Awful location. You're better off going to Lufkin. Immediately they didn’t have anything I or my kid wanted. Then when we decided to sit a while, we were met with the dirtiest tables and floors. I'm pretty sure I saw a bug but failed to take a picture of it. The wait for my sandwich was too long and the sandwich itself was cold and inedible. I just threw it away before leaving. The girl at the counter was nice and only reason I give it two stars in service

3rd time I've tried DD and it's quality of food reminds me of a company that knows it's about to go bankrupt and just keeps operation going until news gets out. Honestly horrible food and building looked bad.

Oder on the app, I get to the store just to be told they can't make my order due to they have no product, only thing they can service is drinks and donut holes, I request a refund, and the girl at the window first told me she could give me a refund because there wasn't a Manger and duty. Then she said oh I can't go ahead do the refund I provided my card for the refund, and still haven't received my money.. tried to call to the store to speak with a Manger and it just rings and then the voice-mail recording comes on. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS WELL POOR MANAGEMENT.. ? ?

Had an awesome first ever visit at Dunkin. The drive through worker was super friendly and had the cutest earings! The frozen caramel coffee is definitely my new favorite thing and honestly outranks the Starbucks caffeine levels!

This place was rocking when it opened, but it has crashed and burned recently. Seems like the staff is always new and they have screwed up my last three orders. A simple breakfast wrap which was great before, now seems too much for them to handle. They burned or undercooked the last 3 wraps. I tried calling to speak to someone, but they didn't answer the phone, after several attempts. And the voice-mail cut me off early. They weren't busy, either. No one was at the restaurant when I went through. So I have no recourse but to let the public know to avoid this place.
