*Edited-- Pictures included... Hashbrowns were very awful, soggy, stuck together, not hot or fresh. I always ask when order seems a bag short "Everything is in there right like the hashbrowns & mini everything bagel bites?". The gentleman in drive-thru says "Yes". Of course, no it wasn't included, so I pull back around drive-thru. Staff is incredibly apologetic & bring food upon being parked after a few min. Had an awesome first ever visit at Dunkin. The drive through worker was super friendly and had the cutest earings! The frozen caramel coffee is definitely my new favorite thing and honestly outranks the Starbucks caffeine levels!
This place was rocking when it opened, but it has crashed and burned recently. Seems like the staff is always new and they have screwed up my last three orders. A simple breakfast wrap which was great before, now seems too much for them to handle. They burned or undercooked the last 3 wraps. I tried calling to speak to someone, but they didn't answer the phone, after several attempts. And the voice-mail cut me off early. They weren't busy, either. No one was at the restaurant...read full review
