I am guessing that either Kroger has fallen off a cliff or a regional executive has not made a visit to this store. Dilapidated would be an understatement.

Great place, everything you need and really clean place, but I haven't been to a Kroger that hasn't been awsome.

I went to Kroger yesterday, July 6th, to pickup a prescription. While there I decided to take advantage of their weekly discounts. I got a 30pk of Miller Lite that was advertised as $21.97 and went to check out and I charged me $23.99. They told me they could not legally change the price on my checkout. BS!!! I guess they have been scamming customers all week!!

In krogers north st nacogdoches Saturday at 8:50 am no cashiers available. The cashier and helper Vailable was playing scratch off lotery tickets. Laughing saying they won a dollar. When asked if i cashier was available to check out 170.00$ with groceries the cashier said yes.then groceries was put on the counter and the cashier kept on playing more tickets. I returned the groceries to my cart and l had to go do self check 170.00 with groceries. The self check would stop several times . It took 2 hours to get groceries completed. Don't waist your time going to krogers north Street. Other department there are very good. Cashier services sucks!

I do not recommend the Kroger on North Street. Often times I will do a grocery pickup and I usually go to University, but I chose North Street because it is closer to my house. The wait time for pickup is ridiculous.

With everything going on with COVID-19 it has been hard to find much needed items. I shopped at Kroger on north street this morning @ 6am. I use a Bi-Pap and the 2 other members of my household use a C-Pap. I got 1 pack of 32 count bottles of water and 3 gallons of distilled water for our machines. First of all there was no workers checking customers out everyone had to use the self check lines. The lady that was watching the lines told us that we had to put the water back. I explained that we needed the gallons for sleep apnea machines. She said well I suggest that you chose which one you want because you can only get one. That's the craziest thing I ever heard. Mam we need water to drink and distilled water for medical reasons. She didn't care so we left the water at the store. There's no RX for distilled water so I guess I will have to get one so that we can purchase distilled water for our machines. I won't be going back to That Kroger ever again.

Kroger has gone to the dogs. Every day one of the foods I have purchased disappears only to be replaced by some gimmick item. They have taken out half the register to put in self checkout. To purchase beer you have to wait for the last employee to wander over put down their snack at punch your screen.

I ordered the half sheet and got a quarter sheet and the cake wasn't even the cake I ordered..how do you go from the flip flops decorations to the one I got..yes they said they were out of flip flops but how do you change the whole cake without even asking? I called the manager and I was headed to the party so she offered another quarter sheet but not decorated obviously and when I picked it up..it was red and white plain with my daughters name misspelled!

Racial Profiling is an Offense!! Maybe the store manager ED needs to learn this.....Not all Indians own businesses!! My husband went to Krogers about 2 weeks ago when they had coke products on sale. He went to the store to buy coke products after going through the weekly ad and realizing that there wasn't a limit set on the quantity he would be able to purchase at one time. Once getting to the aisle with the coke cases, an employee who was stocking other products, confirmed to my husband that there wasn't a limit on any of the coke products that week. My husband filled his cart with the coke products, goes to checkout. There was another guest in front of him checking out at the time. Store manager, ED, walks up to him and grabs his cart and says that he's not allowed to purchase the sodas. My husband asked him why was that and ED told him that it was because he could tell anyone that. ED went on to say that my husband was going to buy the coke products and sell them at his convenient store. My husband said that what made him think that he owns a convenient store. My husband stayed calm. ED said that he just knew. My husband asked him if there was limit on the product and ED said no there wasn't. So then why aren't you allowing me to purchase the product. ED said that he was cheating Krogers and also the Coca Cola Co. And that there wasn't a limit set because it was for their customers. MY husband has asked ok, so what was he? Wasn't he a customer? My husband ultimately said that he doesn't own a convenient store, that in fact he had planned to donate the coke. ED wanted to know where he was donating the coke to. Salvation Army was what my hubby told ED. ED says oh Ok. My husband had want to know why had ED stopped him from attempting to continue to checkout to begin with. ED looked over at the cashier and said go ahead and check him out, and walked away. After the transaction was completed, My husband walked up to the customer service desk and asked for the managers name and also for the Corporate office phone. When he got home, he told me what had transpired and that he had felt humiliated in the store. He was very upset by this. I encouraged him to call the corporate office number. It was a number for customer service for corporate office. Explained to Jeff what happened. He was very apologetic about the whole situation. Jeff said that he would pass it forward and that someone would contact My Husband in a few business days. A week later, My husband called again and spoke to Rebecca, another customer rep and again she was apologetic about the situation. She became upset for him, that this shouldn't have happened to begin with. But ultimately she's only the customer service representative and so she would pass the message onwards. Again, he was told that he should get a call within 3-4 business days. It has been 2 weeks since this happened and still there hasn't been anyone in the corporate office who has contacted him regarding this situation. Ever since this happened I personally feel uneasy going into this Krogers on North St in Nacogdoches, TX. It's been 16 years since we've been living in here and shopping at this particular store. It takes only one person to make you feel humiliated and uneasy. We aren't expecting anything for free ever but a simple apology by ED Publicly would be appreciated. Just the way humiliated my husband ED should be told to apologize. Should ED still be the store manager for Krogers? A good question for Krogers to answer.

great prices and great food BUT do NOT go to pharmacy.... EVERY time I went to Kroger to get my mother-in-laws medicine was told it would be 15 to 30 min. I called corporate several times with NO results. I STOPPED going thereafter started going to Walmart. No more problems

My mother was told that my father’s prescription would be ready at in two hours (11am). Upon arrival at 2:30pm, we were told it would be fifteen minutes to fill. No apology, no empathy. Father had to wait in car in pain which what we were trying to avoid.
