Food isn't very good here. My fries were undercooked and not salted. My big Mac meat patties looked like they took 1 patty and cut it in half to make two. I had more bun than anything else. They didn't give me my receipt.

Many staffers always have such a negative attitude. Makes it seem as though, I, a paying customer, am an inconvenience to them. On my recent interaction they were rude during all 3 times I communicated (speaker, window 1, and window 2) and when my order was wrong, the window was shut and no one came to help. Seems to be an ongoing issue here. Going downhill.

Best McDonald's in town. They are always super nice to me. Even when they mess up the order they fix it and are super nice about it. My favorite McDonald's in town! Id rather drive the extra mile to get to this McDonald's. The university is closest but this north st McDonald's always treats me so well id rather go here. Love them! I went through the drive thru tonight and over heard the manager on duty I think his name was David I’m not sure he has a mouth handle tattoo he was very disrespectful to his coworkers and his foul language was very inappropriate talking down to his coworkers like they didn’t have a brain was disrespectful my daughter did not need to hear that kind of language not very happy with my experience tonight and probably won’t be coming back

My sausage biscuit has no sausage. I have no way to return to get it fixed. It was just bread and cheese, which was half hanging off, melted more to the paper than the food. Totally not edible. I'm so mad because it was important for me to eat this morning for health reasons.
Missing most of my food and had to find away 7 miles from my house back up there and there was nothing he could do so yah not happy with all the money I had to pay to get a half of order

Went in just wanting a cup of water to fill my water bottle and the employee at the counter just allowed me to go and fill it up myself! No need to waste a cup. Very nice and helpful!

I was very upset we never got helped by a person waited for we had to remind them about the drinks twice and I ordered no onions and my burger was covered in them not to mention the store was dirty and the floor was wet and also the bathroom had no soap or paper towels just horrible

The worst mcdonalds in town, maybe even in texas, gives undercooked food, a little bit of fries when you order anything but small, makes the worst looking burgers. Everything i ask for a burger they always look depressing, ever time. The other mcdonalds is way better and I regret eating mcdonalds from university
