I was just driving back from TX to TN, and they forgot to put 2 orders of spring rolls and 2 orders of chicken egg rolls. I called them they told me I can pick it up. I’m like I’m 40mins away. He said there nothing he can do. He was the manager. I’m so disappointed.

Every time you go there you have to wait 10-15 mins to get your order. The only reason I come to this place is I like panda express.

By far the best Chinese food place I had ever been at, teriyaki chicken I had sense forever, and the plian rice was just perfect, not mush, sad or anything. So again just incredible place to eat at. 😊

Takes over 30 minutes every time I come here. Staff is slow and the drive through situation is AWFUL. People backing up both sides of the street because of how slow the drive through is. I order online and by the time I get my food it’s covered in condensation and soggy. I get texted the my orders are ready and they always tell me they aren’t and to pull around to the front. Please explain that to me. How are you getting drive through orders ready faster than mobile when I literally wait all the way through the drive through for a simple bowl. Also to add the staff is flat out rude and seems like they hate doing their job. It’s always bad attitude and eye rolling.
The atmosphere is AMAZING! Every time I come in the staff is always willing to make the food fresh if asked. There is always smiles on the associates faces and laughter coming from the kitchen.

Ordered food for 3 people and a baby, went to drive thru at pick up time and they gave me the kids meal with our $50 receipt attached and told us to have a nice day; we informed them it wasn't the whole order and they told us to pull around, 30 minutes later Brought our food and didn't Bring the drink so we had them go back. It's 4 PM, not lunch rush and not very busy. Won't be returning.

Went to panda to order a bowl and a plate for myself and my partner. We were handed two bags of food, one containing our order, which was simply thrown into the bag without care. On top of that, sauce, forks, fortune cookies were grabbed by the hand full and tossed into also without care. The second bag is what threw me. It was packed exactly the same way as the first, except we did not order what it contained. The gentleman at the window was also partially rude and had a terrible attitude. We could tell he LOVED his job. This location needs to reconsider who they higher and how they train their employees. We will not be back. Very disappointed.

Last few months, slowest service, wait for at least 3-5min in drive through. Sounds like they're goofing when taking your order and the portion sizes have gotten so small, don't believe I'll be returning here. Went last week and barley any noodles which usually they fill your bowl with just that. Taste was bad, just flavorless.

This place should definitely move back their open time. Got there 30 minutes after the time It was posted as open and 90% of the food was not ready and the lady behind the counter gets smart when you ask for a certain item As if we knew it wasn't ready.
