They accepted my order and then 30 mins later said they canceled my order due to not being able to contact me by phone when my number on record had not rang a single time. Here I am waiting on my food to feed my kids and they didnt feel like doing their job so my kids go without. I usually order once a week here but I will definitely not order here ever again!

HORRIBLE experience here! I order pizza via the Papa John's phone number and paid over the phone. I called back to make sure that my order went through and the rude manager answered the phone. She told me that they closed in 10 minutes and hung up in my face. Not only did she not answer my question which I asked very nicely but gave my order to a random doordasher. Its really ridiculous and maybe the person taking orders shouldn't have accepted the order if they were closing soon. Don't waste your time and money on this place. Go to domino's or pizza hut.

I ordered online and the final cost was $51 and they ended up charging me additional $61. I called my bank to remove the charge but I have to wait 7 days to see if they will give my money back .supposedly they charge extra to make sure I have enough money which is ridiculous. I paid debit not credit. Will never order again!!!
