Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Food was cold. We customized order to get the pieces of chicken we like...was not what we got. Was told at window they couldn't do this, even though it's on the website. Went there last week to pick up order and they were closed at 4:30 in the afternoon. Had to request refund and they didn't get back to me for 3 days.

Dont bother stopping by. Worst customer service, everyone is in the back talking. 10 min by the time some one came to the front register. Worst fast food restaurant.

They don’t close till 10pm so why all the doors locked, drive thru and parking lot dark, no sign of any chicken to be eaten at 8:00pm???!!?? This has happened to me 3times now!
Workers inside not even paying attention that anybody is trying to order at drive thru or even when I beat on both doors. They must have been in another zone😡
Please hire new managers for Nacogdoches Popeyes!!!

They just took 40 minutes to complete 2 drive thru orders with each car only containing 1 person ordering 1 bag of items. And my order ended up incorrect.

Update : scratch that - after 50 minutes they refunded my money and suggested I leave because I wasn’t going to get any food.
No explanation offered.

Allowed me to order online, get to the store and they claim they are out of chicken.

They close 2 hours early EVERYDAY people place online orders and get here and can’t even get there food.

Y’all please don’t go here and order food the workers are horrible I went for chicken sandwich’s and got fish they take so long just to give you the wrong order and I ordered thru the site so how you messed up a order that was already taken before getting to the store these people will play with your time and money please don’t go here

20 minutes after placing my order and paying I recieved cold food. They had me pull to the side out of the way of the drive thru with 3 other cars. If you are going to be late with everyone's order at least provide hot food.

Left out most of my order told me they were out of blackened ranch but then gave blackened ranch to my co worker the very next order terrible manager on duty he was the one that served me

The worst place to go! Poor customer service sat in the drive through for over 10 mins and no one ever responded. This is the third time I have had an issue with this restaurant. I won’t be going back to this specific restaurant. I do not recommend this Nacogdoches location!

They only got two people working. One of those two had a horrible mood. I’m door dashing right now and so I need this to be a quick and solid exchange and it sucks because the inside was closed, and because only two people were working, the drive-through was dead silent. If you don’t have enough staff members to staff a location, close the location.

Edit: was also asked to pull forward, which made this order a whopping 15 minutes of waiting! Fast food is supposed to be FAST FOOD, not two people in the kitchen slavin their butts off to get YOU FOOD. I shouldn’t be this upset because when you go to Popeyes, you should expect ghetto.

edit 2!!!: why did three Popeyes work get out of cars that have been here since I got here did they really send three workers on break????

I ordered small fry,8 peice chicken.I love popeyes!! I won't go to that place again!! Cold frys,like they were the last batch!Yuck!! I'd say,2 prices of chicken were just cooked and then the rest was like the frys,cold! O,except one piece was not all the way cooked!! YUCK!!! So disappointed!!! Now a days your scared to go back in store and complain about the food,so I'm complaining here.
