The hot chocolate that this starbucks is very bitter. I will not be asking for that again. Tastes too much like coffee as if they did not flush the machines before making.
They close when they feel like it. Everywhere said they close at 8:30pm. we showed up to use a Birthday reward at 8:15pm and they were closed...and not just 'just closed'. Everthing was cleaned and 1 girl hide in the back and wouldn't talk to us.
This isn't the first time I've had this experience at this Starbucks.
Workers do not look up to acknowledge you .

Overall, it's a decent spot to grab a drink, but expectations should be realistic given the minimum wage staff.
