I'm a vegan, ordered a black bean crunchwrap FROM THE VEGETARIAN MENU, took off cheese and sour cream. They put beef in it. First time I've eaten meat in a very long time. Super disappointed. Hope I don't get sick.

I picked up a to go order for my husband and was so surprised. The workers were all so kind, I leaned about their scholarship programs for the workers, and the food was amazing. Will be back to this specific location. AMAZING customer service.

I ordered the Discovery Lux box, and my friend ordered three potato soft tacos. We were disappointed to find that one of the potato soft tacos had meat in it, and the Lux box included another potato soft taco, which is not what we ordered. The tortillas were stale, the potatoes were soggy, the cinnamon twists tasted old and stale, and the Cinnabon rolls were cold. This is absolutely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect my order to be prepared correctly. Not only was my food incorrect, but it also appeared to be old and had clearly been sitting out for a long time.

4/7/2025 3:58am evidently 2 mins before closing. I understand what it is like in the fast food industry when you are moments from closing. However yelling at me through the speaker telling me “you got 2 min” while I’m preparing to order is probably the worst customer service etiquette you can deliver. I was not aware of your hours perhaps that’s my fault. As we rushed to deliver answers for our order I can still hear over the mike the discussion and dissatisfied comments from the crew. Again I understand. Bottom line here is customer service/etiquette (turn your mike off). After spending a few hours in the hospital my family was looking forward to some Taco Bell. Could have turned our very early morning into a better one. I would like a call from ownership or upper management. We did not complete our order.

They were so rude and disrespectful at the drive window. I made an online order at the south street Taco Bell but drove to the one on North street accidentally. The were mocking me at the drive through speaker phone. I understand it was my fault for being at the wrong store but I went to the correct location and got my food.
