Guy heard the wrong item through their temu headsets apparently. I wanted a cheese quesadilla. Was handed some fried cheesecake thing? I said no this is wrong before even leaving the drive through. They had me keep the item I had no intention of ordering and then pay for my kids quesadilla.

I love Bueno but turn the syrup up on your sodas and I’ll give you 5 stars. Sodas tastes like they were made by La Croix every time. Food is on point and the service is wonderful.

Ordered the chilada/taco platter with a chicken Enchilada instead of beef. As always the salsa bar did not disappoint. I'm a fan of the red salsa. Daughter got 2 party nachos. These are off menu, but they still offer them. She loads up on the pico, jalapeños, and fire roasted salsa to dress up the nachos. Good eats for cheap.

If you want your order correct, you absolutely HAVE to go during the day, during lunch hours!!! Because if you wait & go during the evening or night hours, once the (sweet) main Manager is already gone, they will absolutely mess up your whole entire order, unfortunately. Because the food itself is delicious, it's fast, always hot, & affordable. But the night crew will always screw up the food.

Expensive and the owner tells staff only put 2oz of chicken into chicken quesadilla that costs $7. $15 total for 2 food items and a drink. I hope the location closes down soon. The staff can't get requested sauces right either.

Went in at 9:37am. The Google page and the sign on the door say they open at 9:30am. The ride manager said “oh, yeah we have to change those.”Never going back. Always some kind of a problem here. The staff are awful and the food is always wrong too.

This was my first time ever at a Taco Bueno, and I did not like it. I went through the drive-thru and ordered the potato grilled burrito with beef and chicken quesadilla. I didn't get either of those orders and didn't find out till I got to my studio.Considering I was pretty hungry, I still ate what I got, some tacos with beef and flour tortillas, other tacos with a pita type bread, and a burrito type meal with rice and beans. All of it was pretty bland. I normally like getting spicier or more seasoned type meat like the AL Pastor, but this didn't seem seasoned that much.
