Seriously, I have stopped at this travel center twice now and tried to order something here. Normally there is one person up front taking care of orders and I see others simply walking around the back. Not sure if they are understaffed or not, but after 5 minutes of not having my order taken, I have walked off. Poor location for service.
Can't tell you how the food is, since I have walked off twice. I will just get my donuts elsewhere.

Why every single time I place a mobile order they never ever have it done? It’s NOT that hard. It’s called mobile order, you expect it to be there when you get to the store. “Skip the wait order ahead” isn’t that your motto??? They always act like they have 50 people Waiting for orders when they don’t.

Employees show lack of urgency and communication intelligence. Cook didn’t wear a hair net. Manager didn’t handle the food properly either.
Hashbrowns are almost raw. Sandwiches look good and are a good price and size.

Okay, so normally I love Dunkin and their products are usually top notch but the Blue Berry Donut Coffee is an abominable travesty in liquid form. There is barely any blueberry flavor to it at all and that isn't the worst part. Normally Dunkin's coffee tastes great, rich and robust with a smooth finish, but this new blueberry whatever, is exactly the opposite. It tastes like the burnt after wash from a bankrupt Starbucks office party. What happened Dunkin?

The lady who helped us was very friendly, upbeat, and positive. She was patient while we pulled up our app, made friendly conversation during the transaction, and made our visit pleasant. Everything we ordered was made to perfection, and didn't take long at all. Great job!I was there in February 2024, and had a very different experience. I walked in and all the employees were arguing and blaming each other for different things. There were at least 5 people in line, and all of us were just wanting to order. The employees were very unprofessional, and I considered not returning.The positive review above if from March of 2024.
