Service is terrible. I don’t understand why they have a drive thru but make you wait for over 10 minutes and still say nothing when nobody else is in the drive thru. Drove off and didn’t even get it.

Would give negative stars if I could. We went in to get some food @ 8:15 ish. Google says they close @10. After waiting to be acknowledged and have our order taken for several minutes (the girl walked by, looked at us, and answered the drive thru, walked off and eventually came back)She told us they had already placed their last order for the night. Idk, if you’re closed maybe shut down the register, put up a sign, turn off a light, something. Or maybe just let us know before we waste all out time thinking we’re gonna get and we aren’t.We went to the other restaurants on site without issue (3 of them)From the previous reviews, this place just isn’t it.Just. Skip. This. One.

Horribly understaffed!' I waited more than 5 minutes at the drive thru before being spoken too. When she finally did speak, she said it would be at least 15 minutes before I could even order as there are only 2 employees. So I waited, guess what? Still no service!! Do better people!! I will be contacting a manager /owner to see what's being done about this!! I did finally end up going inside and they are indeed too busy to only have 2 people working!! I asked why only 2, they said that is the way management wants it!! Ugh!! Now, keep in mind that this is located at a truck stop wheee tons of people are through here daily!!

Not for sure if they make their own schedule or what, but tried coming around 9:30 a month ago and they were closed, online it shows they started closing at 10. Tried giving It another chance today at 8:30 and the lady said she was closing. Not very reliable service especially for it being a truck

I ordered a garlic burger but received a regular one. We had three combos on our ticket and were passing thru texarkana. The food was good.they only had 2 people in there working so that could have been the issue. The girl at the window was great!

Absolute worst management I’ve experienced in a long time. Extremely rude, demeaning when I asked questions, continued coming to our table when we tried to eat our meal with more comments about the interaction, and made the entire experience very hostile. Tried to call in once we left and get his supervisors number and was laughed at and told “why don’t you just meet me back up here then” in a very threatening tone. If this is who you have running your store, then you need to rethink your whole business approach. Never got the guys name, just an overweight white guy with a bad attitude.
