I ordered an apple pecan salad and received a Cobb salad. I tried calling the store 3 times and let it ring approximately 20 times no one answered. Very frustrating You would think I’d learn to check and recheck my order. I thought that repeating it twice in the drive through would be enough.
Overall it was okay, the food was super hot and super yummy and it usually is but the lady at the window seemed like she hated her job. Which sure I get it, I’ve worked in fast food before too. But you definitely need some customer service skills if you work at the window, so she kinda ruined the vibe.
