My 83 yr old mom ordered a large specialty pizza which came with 8 pieces of pepperoni and about 1/3 cup of sausage. It had hardly any flavor and when she called to complain, she was told they would give her $5.00 towards another pizza. Way to go Papa Johns.

Alex is very rude and disrespectful. She stated to me that I can call whoever I wanted to call because all complaints will just come back to her because that is her store! Also telling me I’m just trying to get something free. It’s never about the money or getting anything free. It’s about customer satisfaction! I do NOT recommend this location she don’t know the first thing about management or customer service!! Definitely giving Papa Johns a bad name/reputation!!
