Joel runs an amazing restaurant, His staff are awesome and he offers a genuine cajun menu. The food and atmosphere are legit. This is the closest place to back home cooking I've found so far.
All I can say is entering everything is AMAZING!!!!! Finally tried the butt burner boudin. Perfect amount of spice not over powering with great flavor.
