They use pecan wood to make their jerky and sausage products which gives a sharper smoke taste. Be sure to try the hot beef sticks! Definitely worth stopping by if you're traveling down 36.
Small town mom and pop restaurants are my favorite, and this one does not disappoint. Very small place, so i took it to go, but the cooking smells great. The staff was friendly, didn't take long, and the BBQ was delicious, juicy.
Service was great Jerky is off the chart BBQ is down right fabulous, I recommend everyone to stop in and see for your self, small town Needville small little shop, you know what people say small little hole in the wall places produce the very best, so next time your in the area, stop in and give it a shot.
